Pregnant/nursing, history of keloids/hypertrophic scarring, diabetes, undergoing chemotherapy, viral infections/diseases, epilepsy, pacemaker/organ transplant/major heart problems, skin irritations/psoriasis (rashes, eczema, sunburn, acne, etc.) near the treated area, sick (cold, flu, etc.), had accutane within the past 6 months to 1 year, had Botox within 2 months, uncontrolled high blood pressure, poor general health, or compromised immune system.

Due to steam being used during most facials, it is best that you book any lash and hair appointments after a facial treatment.

Discontinue use of of exfoliation, peels, topical/oral medications, depilatory creams, DO NOT shave/wax the face (men and women).

Please arrive with a bare face (NO MAKE UP)

Dress comfortably, remove any jewelry that may get in the way.

PLEASE DO NOT book a waxing service if you are using Retin-A, Retinol, AHA'S, had a recent chemical peel, accutane, undergoing chemotherapy, or are using any acne medication. These products can cause damage to the skin.

AHA'S/Chemical Peels 7 days before/after service

Acne products 3 months minimum

Chemotherapy/Accutane 1 year minimum

No laser or botox 2 weeks prior to being serviced.
